Arizona and Hawaii evoBrix™ Provider Management Information System Module Certified by Medicare and Medicaid Service Centers


CMS Modular Certification requires production of extensive system documentation to meet all criteria defined in CMS’s Medicaid Enterprise Certification Toolkit (MECT) which validates that state PE modules meet legal and regulatory requirements applicable. The AHCCCS/Med-QUEST/CNSI team conducted live system demonstrations and prepared and delivered 159 evidence packages containing over 4,000 pages of material supporting compliance of the PMIS module with the MECT.

“With this full approval from CMS for this MMIS module, AHCCCS and Med-QUEST are now able to streamline the provider registration process, improve the provider user experience and eliminate enrollment previous textbooks,” said Kristen Challacombe, Deputy Director of Business Operations of AHCCCS. “The move to this cloud-based solution is one more step towards modernizing the technology we use to deliver healthcare services to nearly 2.2 million Arizona inhabitants and 430,901 Hawaii residents enrolled in Medicaid.”
