Know it reports higher net sales with a stable result, while the quarter was marked by the integration of Cybercom operations. Know it increases net sales in the quarter to 1 190.9 SEK (661.4) million and generated an EBITA result of 105.4 SEK (58.5) million, adjusted for one-time acquisition costs. Along with the onboarding efforts, emphasis was placed on sales and recruiting new employees.

Market activity was strong during the quarter, with strong underlying demand and positive net recruiting. The increased mobility of the workforce after the pandemic impacted our staff turnover, but also increased the possibilities to recruit new employees for existing and new client assignments.

Solutions is the area of business that has been most affected by integration efforts. It is therefore particularly gratifying to note that the two largest markets, Sweden and Norway, show strong positive development, with strong sales growth during the quarter.

During this quarter, the Experience business area finalized the integration of Creuna, which was acquired in december 2020. The experience increased net sales in the quarter, with high levels of new orders, but profit was affected by increased staff turnover and a need for new hires.

Connectivity, Know that it is new business area after the acquisition of Cybercom, has been well received by customers and employees. The activity has been high, with a number of important assignments in the technology and telecommunications sectors and in the automotive industry, creating strong possibilities for the future.

For the management consulting activities in the Insight business area, the positive development continues with improved profit and a higher margin. The field of security continues to stand out, with very high demand.

“When I summarize the quarter, I can conclude that we have been successful in both staying focused on our business and simultaneously achieving great operational integration, showing that Know it is a player capable of continuing to take market share in a sustainable manner. It makes me proud and creates hope for the future, ”says President Per Wallentin.
